How can I make myself look better if I'm not rich?
I know I can't expect some big transformation without dropping a couple of thousand but meanwhile, while I can't afford it, what are things that I can do to look better?
And also, do you know any cheap ways to deal with beauty problems? I'm specially looking for ways to improve my skin, I have no acne or anything but it's very dull and discolored.
