How does one start a pharmaceutical company in a 3rd world country and start importing drugs like adderall, ritalin etc.?

You don't buy the brand names. You find some lab, possibly in India, that makes the generic equivalents and sell them at brand name prices.

Yeah, I am aware of that.

I guess I will have to look into the laws regarding this matter. I think that in my country these drugs are not even legal and they treat people that have AD/HD with some other shit.
