My low self esteem, anxiety, and depression is going to make me lose the few friends I have left and I don't want that to happen. What do I do?

I lost all my friends, it gave room for me to improve my life, they were there for me to go to and forget about my problems. With them gone I was forced to think about my problems in till I finally had to fix them

Wouldn't you say I have listed some of my problems there? Or are you saying the lack of friends will push me to actually improve myself?

- eat normal (healthy)
- if you dont have a job just stick to a normal schedule, go for walks etc.
- write down why your fears are unlikely / silly / not important. (maybe read some stuff on REBT, get a manual or something)
