Does anyone here has any advice on how to communicate with normies? My mother is starting to get worried about my social life. When i get into a conversation i usually don0t have anything to talk about and sometimes i get really nervous.

What kind of interests do you have? Usually that is a good place to start, especially if you have one or more normie interests. Cars, sports, politics, books, movies, etc. Once you start the train, it often keeps rolling by itself if your conversation partner is interested in keeping it moving.

If you are uncertain of what to say, or perhaps you don't have any interests worth mentioning to a normie crowd, you could always ask questions and be genuinely interested in what they have to say. People love to talk about what they like and themselves.
