How do you train the dog to do that outside too?
Inside, I call her name, she looks at me straight in the eyes, I say "come", she comes, treat or no.
Outside, she ignores me completely. I tried treats, even flashing them when she was looking at me, but the few times she came, half the time I didn't even have the time to give the treat before she fucked off elsewhere.
