This. First and last time she ever got a hold of my underwear.

The first dog I ever had got a knife in his crate. We couldn't figure it out until we realized he had took the leftover turkey (that had the knife stuck in the side) and ate the whole thing. Surprised the bones never did anything to him, cause we didn't know for at least a week.

So many things. Typical stuff like socks, shoes, underwear. But she used to grab a lot of stuff off the pantry shelves (pic related). Ramen packets were a favorite, she really wanted some Ramen until we finally moved it out of her reach.

My property is about 40 acres so my closest neighbor is about 15 miles away

The fish was fresh... mean like really fresh as if you took it from a pond

It probably just fell out of a cloud. Sometimes when water is evaporating and precipitating, it can carry small things like eggs or even newborn fish up into the clouds, where they live until they either fall out the bottom or get rained out.

Oh God. The cat I have now was orphaned really young, so I took him in and raised him. It didn't matter what I offered him to teethe on or that I even bought him some toys specifically so he could chew, my laptop was his favorite thing. The screen is covered in scratches from when he was a baby.

Thank you, she's definitely unique. We've looked at some dog DNA tests out of curiosity but I don't think they're really very accurate. Plus it doesn't matter too much to me what she really is though it would be nice to know.

Both of mine love underwear. The tiny one will wiggle into them and then thrash around and the big one has eaten so many pairs. I'm even good about hiding them but sometimes the boyfriend leaves the closet door open and the bastard get in there.

My chow/border collie mix has an extremely high prey drive, I've taken all kinds of animals away from her. She's not a big chewer so I haven't taken anything weird away from her.
Now my puggle is a different story. Every time we brought home donuts, if we left them unattended for a minute, he'd find a onto the table and eat them. Dogs aren't supposed to like sweet things so this confused me because he did it several times. He got into my sewing kit once and chewed on most of my spools of thread

Glad I'm not alone in this. It's always after they've been worn but it doesn't matter if they're new or old, during my period or not. He knows he's not supposed to touch my underwear because when I show him a pair (doesn't matter if he's gotten to them or not) he looks away and goes to his "time out" spot. And yet if I forget to pick up that pair the next morning I'll find the crotch chewed out.

I have resorted to only buying underwear that's $3.00 or less because I've lost so many pairs.

Just set up training sessions for the dog so you can catch him in the act and make him understand that you don't want him doing that. Don't go overly harsh on the punishment, or even chastising too long, and definitely reward him if he leaves the underwear alone.

I once had to confiscate an actual, live turtle from my dog's mouth (red-eared slider to be exact) .
She was playing out in the yard when I walked out and saw it in her mouth. At first I thought it was some sort of rock or a piece of debris, then I got a closer look and realized it was a live turtle.
I ended up keeping the turtle and raising it for about 2 years.
Gave it to my aunt when I moved out of state. As far as I know, she still has it. To this day, I have no idea where my dog got it.
Must've been a neighbor's turtle who somehow escaped and wandered into my yard.
