What does /an/ think of Minnesota Bound? Also, does anyone know when they're turning their cameras on again? Sometime in the spring I presume, but they won't tell us.
Hey /an/. I'm working on a school project that is analyzing the feasibility of a service that helps reduce the euthanasia rate of animals in shelters. I am NOT selling anything or trying to market this service, I just need feedback on this idea and see if it's something we can take forward. Also, feel free to leave comments in this thread. Pic unrelated.
Hello, I have a dilemma. about 3 months ago me and my boyfriend moved to Arizona, from NJ. We brought a african clawed frog, and 2 birds, one is a parrotlet, and the other a European starling. We moved in with his sister, who lives here, and 2 weeks after we came she developed a lyme disease bullseye rash, and then she tested positive on a blot exam a month or so later.
Now shes blaming me for bringing the birds who have NEVER been sick before giving her the disease. We never saw any tics, but the mosquitos are bad. she and the doctor thinks the mosquitos bit the bird and then bit her. seems very unlikely...My father is a doctor and he knows the tick bite is the only real way of getting the disease... She has 3 dogs, one of which is a huge wolfdog that sheds fucking everywhere, and 2 chiwahwahs. There were a few fleas in the house (like 2 or 3) but nothing that got out of hand. HEr back yard is covered in long grass and she could have picked up a tick nymph and not even known. She swears up and down she didint have any ticks. And apparently in the desert there is no ticks/lyme risk. even though this city has had comfirmed cases.
So what does /an/ think? this whole thing is futile im pretty sure but me and my bf are probably gonna get tested. (western blot)
Also note this woman hangs out at animal rehab places that treat horses for lyme and livestock.
>Be me, 25 >Rent room VERY cheap from woman >She has 2 standard poodles, one of which is really just a grouchy piece of shit >Whenever I move faster than a slow walk, the dog starts getting super aggro, jumping around, barking at me >I want to slap the shit out of this dog, but I don't want to lose this sick housing deal I have
What should I do? I've never had a dog before, so I don't know how to deal with them. The woman I live with doesn't train or discipline her dogs at all, which has allowed this particular standard poodle to be a raging dickhole.
Any tarantula experts out there? I'm trying to sex my pet greenbottle blue tarantula. Pics on the right are what I found online, picture to the left is one I took with my microscope.
I can't really be sure, anyone know if it's male or female?
Hey guys, I was just wondering, why does my cat run around the apartment like he's on meth every time he's done using the litter box? Like, he flees from his poop. I figured you would be the ones to ask.
