Any birders on /an/?

I was outside today and took some pictures of some insects and I wanted to see if anyone knows what species they are? Pics were taken earlier today, in northern europe.

Let's start off with something easy:

I've been in care for this plant for several months,it was given to me by my granny,it's nearly doubled in size since I recieved it but I'd like to look up more info on it and require the name

I'm going to courtbecause my neighbor complains my doggy is a nuisance, and barks at him all night.

I told him it was another dog he was hearing but I'm the only house adjacent to his. And I think he might have got video of my dog barking at night. Also my dog's name is licensed as Barky.

Do you think he hasgot a case? What will happen to my dog if we go to court? Will I have to keep my dog in-doors?
