My parents dog has a non-cancerous tumor on her leg that she has scratched open before. Besides the time she scratched it open and it took FOREVER to heal so we had to keep antibiotics around in case it got infected, it doesn't seem to bother her BUT I am afraid of it growing larger and her scratching it open again.

The vet says they can't remove it because she also has a heart murmur so they can't put her under for surgery. Can they not do it through topical anesthetic? I feel like yeah it'd be uncomfortable and a little painful for her, but the vet said they wouldn't do it. What do you think? She is a 13 year old beagle. Should I just leave it be or find a vet who can remove it with topical anesthetic?

My cat, who has never done this ever before, keeps flipping over her water dish. No it hasn't changed, and the water level is consistent, and it hasn't been moved. I'm started to think she's doing this to spite me since sometimes I catch her literally TAKING THE BOWL INTO HER MOUTH TO FUCKING FLIP IT OVER.
Please help. I love my cat but it seems like she's doing it to spite me and I'll actually drown her in the next 5000th puddle I have to clean up.

Litter box problem?

Hey guys, I was just wondering, why does my cat run around the apartment like he's on meth every time he's done using the litter box? Like, he flees from his poop. I figured you would be the ones to ask.
