Dude, if there's little green bulbs it's male, if there's no bulbs and little white or brown hairs it's female. Currently there's no way to sex that plant.
Once you can spot the sex, if it's female, you'll need to switch your light spectrum from around 3-4k to about 6k to start flowering.
Then, get yourself a hand lens, at least 10-20x magnification, and let those fuckers bloom untill all the hairs have crystal of thc and arond half of the white hairs turn brownish.
You should also keep one or two plants in veg lighting so you can take cuttings to clone new plants because it's faster and cheaper that growing form seeds.
