>>1978282Honestly if I were you, I would check out a shelter that does fosters in peoples homes. They have a better grip on the dogs personality because they've had hands on experience with them, plus the shelters are FULL of pit/staffy mixes. That, and you won't have to go through the puppy stage again.
If you do go the pure bred route, just make sure you find a good breeder that's got some records on their animals and good references.

The people we got her from said she was half pit, half lab, but I think they were lying about the lab so they could get rid of the pups. We just didn't care at the time.
I've had enough dogs before to know breed doesn't always guarantee a good or bad dog.
