What's a good pesticide for a Floridian dealing with the typical brown/american roach? I can't just bomb the space/house as I have animals and they're all up in my cabinets, (I'll spot one 50% of the time that I open a cabinet).

I also have a pretty bad gnat problem aswell and I've tried apple vinegar but it doesn't work well enough. I'm using fly paper and there's tons dead on there too but not enough. Sprays just seem to mildly annoy them too.

I'm just sick of all these pest in my house. It's partly due to the filthy people that live in it but goddamn it's bad. Fuck roaches, fuck gnats. Fuck them all.
