>>198459>>1984608The notion that animals cannot feel pain is pure bullshit and perhaps the dumbest thing I have ever read. The thought that they may not comprehend certain stimulation as pain is equally stupid. So right off the bat, you're working with some shit that is new to me.
Animals feel pain, fear, sadness... basically most things that you do. The thing that separates us from them is our ability to communicate and cooperate to attain a mutually desired end goal. Wolves work through fear and respect to gain or lose rank among the pack. Elephants return to the grave of lost ones yearly and cry or pay respect.
Ignorance of some things doesn't deny blatant stupidity in the least. Nor does it grant one the clearance to communicate idiotic views unopposed. Inb4
How can a dog be happy to see someone, then in the same breath, be incapable of fear, pain, and/or any other form of stimulation? Now of course I'm not trying to say all animals are the same. A lizard is far less complex than a mouse. Rather, my intention is to clear this crap up a little bit.
I'm not a scientist, no. But I have confidence that science will back up any of my outlandish claims.
tldr;
Certain animals feel and know pain. They identify with it, and they avoid it. Some feel emotions and others don't. OP is a fag for ignoring the obvious.
