I been having this leopard Tortoise for around a 1 1/2 years and it had the pyramiding when I got it.
I have taking care of it by the book everyday.
Yesterday and today I seen it chewing on its shell (see photo) The edges of her shell are kind of sharp and I don't know if that's why she is chewing it or is something else wrong.
I tried google but no help so I am asking /an/ for help

What are you even talking about? A tortoise's neck physically won't even enable it to chew on it's shell.

I would not have thought so either but I watched her do it.
I did read in the wild they would chew on bones if they were not getting enough calcium but she gets it 3 times a week.

She stretches her neck out and turns her head and is able to reach the front of the shell.
You can see what she has done to it in the first picture

This is things i feed her off and on. I change it up some because not all is advalable year round. This does not include what she eats when roaming the yard.
Mustard greens, dandelion, clover, hibiscus, plantain, zucchini, squash, carrots, timothy hay and Mazuri tortoise diet pellets and calcium supplement.
She spends most of her time outside (weather permitting) i bring her in and put her in this tupperware during the winter months and keep the temp around 80 degree

I highly recommend that you take her to a veterinarian experienced with reptiles asap. Even if you will have to scrape money together to go, find one and email them immediately to get their advice on how to proceed.

cut the plantain, zucchini and squash
Carrots only every now and then

>Mazuri tortoise diet pellets
Don't know these, but commercial pellets for tortoises are usually shit and contain too much protein and/or fat

Its diet should mainly consist of herbs (danelion and the like).

OP here. I called and talked to a tortoise rescue center and told them what was going on and I was told that they have tortoises that do that when they are trying to cut down their beak. They are looking for something hard to chew on and I should get her a cuttlebone.
It will also give her the extra calcium that she may need.

It depends what OP means by this, plantain also refers to a weed which is very good tortoise food. If they mean the banana-like thing then obviously cut it out.

That diet is okay, but it can be improved. You can have a much bigger variety of weeds in there, I'd suggest buying your tortoise weed seeds from amazon and growing your own for the winter.

In the summer my torts diet is something like this

>sow thistle
>plantain (weed)
>nipplewort
>cat's ear
>bristly oxtongue
>hawkbit
>sedum
>rose

These are all easy weeds to identify, this website should help and will also show other things you can and can't feed.

If I'm ever running low on weeds for whatever reason Florette Crispy Salad is a bag salad mix you can get from a supermarket where everything inside is good for tortoises. Especially the lamb's lettuce. Now days I tend to just buy bags of lambs lettuce and plop that in her table along with the live growing weeds.

Also, I'd suggest replacing that timothy hay substrate with topsoil or coconut fibre or anything else that will hold moisture better since humidity is a BIG factor in pyramiding, potentially more than diet.
