Age 20-40 white women (exclusively) walk their dogs around my condo complex and let their dogs shit everywhere and don't clean up after them even though the Association has provided free bags every 5 meters.
Local ordinances demand that dog owners clean up after their dogs, but the elected representatives for the Association are exclusively white women.
I know white women are THE most privileged class which has ever existed in human history, but this just isn't fair. A few of them have no compunction against letting their dogs go right in the center of the sidewalk.
This ONLY started after the property value increased and a bunch of white women moved in. How do I stop it?
