Sup, /asp/. Newfag here with questions regarding Taekwondo.
I'm interested in starting Taekwondo, as there's a few clubs near me and it's of interest.
Anyway, how intense is the training for beginners? It appears that I'd need to spend a fair few lessons in the 'all-ages' classes before an invite to the upper, sporting classes, which seem to be the ones in which I'd learn techniques where I'd be able to expedient more energy, or am I completely wrong in my assumptions? Do correct my uneducated self.
I tear through food and I can really feel the excess now that my ice hockey season finished and need to get into something to burn it all off.
