they say when depression hits, you have to pack your stuff and travel. no need to go abroad. pack some sandwiches, some water, aim a beutiful mountain or a nice lake and hike the shit out of it. i joined the hikers at my uni as compulsory p.e. met some nice people and enjoyed a 4 hours tour each saturday. a little sunshine, feeling a satisfying fatigue really can boost your mood.

Well. The thing is that I've had some major fucking shit happening in my life for the past 10 years. Was depressed the whole fucking time until I met her, and pretty much everything went great until I fucked up bad. Now I'm pretty much where I was before I met her.
I dont currently have a job, but I do have a schedule where I wake up and do shit all day, meeting friends etc, so my problem isnt being social, its just that I'm depressed as fuck eventhough noone around me can see it.
