The signularity isn't something anybody is trying to 'make', it's just a predictive concept that says there is a point where the future becomes difficult to predict. Like how you can't see past the event horizon of a black hole (singularity) because of the distortion involved. I don't know where you learned about the singularity but it sounds to me like you get your information from Alex Jones and you should probably stop that.
