Don't bother with Dublin, maybe spend a day or two there, one of the less friendly cities in the Republic. Go see Phoenix Park maybe, idk.
Limerick isn't as bad as people make it out to be. Everyone calls it stab city or some variation but it really isn't that bad these days. Lovely city, good people.
Cork is just boring and empty.
Galway city's great, gets loads of tourists year round so most people well acquainted to ye. If you've any interest in the Irish language and whatnot you could visit Connemara or the Aran Islands for a day or two [spoiler:lit]and yes i'm biased for i am a galway faggot[/spoiler:lit]
If anyone else can find nice things to say about Cork or Dublin be my guest I just don't feckin like them much.
