Smoke your last cigarette right before bed and quit, if you have one in the morning or anytime throughout the day don't get discouraged but start again the next day and tell yourself today I'm not smoking.

Don't think of long term, don't look past today if you try and think of not smoking a week from not as a goal you'll fail, only go day by day

Go right now and buy a bunch of fruit and vegetables and like a gallon of ranch dip. When you want a cig eat that shit instead. When that stops working and you crave a cigarette start doing push ups. Do 10 push ups everytime you want a cig. Just drop to the floor and start pushing up. After you can do 10 push ups fast just start doing them until you stop thinking about cigs.

Worked for me and I got buff.

I quit 1 week ago, anon. I was smoking a similar amount of time and it's not that difficult. Tip No. 1 is DO NOT SMOKE THEM CIGS. Stop now, otherwise that becomes a logical excuse that you can just stop after X amount of cigarettes and you never will. It's now or never.

However... when you do quit then get some fruit (otherwise you'll eat shit and get fat) and every time you get a craving text a friend or keep your hands busy - brush your teeth, style your hair etc. Craving only lasts a few minutes so small tasks are fine.

You'll never do it unless you're in the right mind set. Buy and READ Alan Carr's Easy Way to Quit Smoking book. It's seems daunting but if you read it and stick to it you will do it. I smoked for almost 20 years. Never even went one day without smoking (didn't think it was possible) then quit cold turkey with the help of that book. You can find books of it too.

It is stories unless you buy e juice that isn't FDA approved. However we don't know what PG does long term. The point of vaping is that you get the nicotine without the 1000s of chemicals in cigs. Also you start with e juice that has high nicotine and slowly work your way down.

How to do it: Give up smokes, coffee, sugar and fapping for 5 days. It will be hard. After 5 days go back to coffee, sugar and fapping. Your brain will be so happy to get the other stuff back it will forget the smokes! Worked for me.

Stop lying to yourself and saying "just one more" or "right after these I'll quit" and throw them away. Cold turkey was the only thing that ever worked for me and I tried quitting at least 6 different times. I've been smoke-free about 8 or 9 years now. Smoked at least 10 years prior to quitting.

Protip: The worst of it is the first few days. After you get that out of the way it'd be really stupid to spark up again because you'd be subjecting yourself to that anguish again.

Also, cravings don't last long but that doesn't meant you can't have them back-to-back.

Smoke those 10, because if you don't you will think about them when you quit. Avoid smokers, make some exercise, drink a lot of water, sleep a lot, eat crunchy food, don't drink too much coffee/tea, avoid confrontations.

Try to take it like a challenge that only you understands and value, don't expect others to value your effort, have a goal of what you're going to do with the money you save, or with the health you are recovering.

Try to pass the first 2 or 3 weeks, I think that's the mark to stop feeling like shit, I hope.

I'm 32 yo, I smoke since I was 14, but already quit once at 18 to 25 when I started again, now it seems harder to quit than the first time.

Then you need to quit vaping (if you want) but that's much easier than quitting cigarettes, you can just lower the nicotine contents gradually until you're vaping 0%, then you'll have no interest in keeping it up.

fasted for 3 days just water all I did was essentially sleep. Worst was over by the time I really felt like eating again. I've tried lozenges, gum and patches in the past they don't help much. They just delay the eventual and painful severance. They don't really make it hurt less.

believe it or not, it only takes 1-2 weeks until it gets A LOT easier - once the craving is gone it´s a piece of cake - but you have to fight your body in this time

give it 5 years. Once you're past your mid 20's your levels will start to fall off. Happens to everyone. Trick is to cut the shit out before then and lift weights to help maintain the levels. Once endocrine systems get fucked they're hard to make right again.

Keep those ten. I quit smoking 2 years ago and still have half a pack left. If I ever threw it away and had a craving, I'd go buy more. When I get a craving I think about the pack I still have and why it's there.

Best is smoke your last cig before bed.
First thing in the morning wash all your clothes wash your car get ride of all the smell.
When you crave for a cig eat somthing or do some push up or go for a run or brush your teeth any thing just start to do somthing.
Put the saving money in a jar. Stop alchool for a few month. Don t listen to the vap fag you will get tired of that shit sooner or later and go back to cig.
After 4 days you will feel so much better.
Don t listen the little voice telling you that you are off the hook and that you can have just one the week end while you are drinking.
