How do i get rid of this b? I think its eczema but im not sure. The worst part is that its in my legs next to my dick. I tried putting cortizone ( anti itch and eczema) and it helps but doesn't get rid of it. If i don't put that cream for one day it itches really bad and gets red again.

I know i should go to a doctor but for now ill seek the internets advice.
