You never know who it is, and more often than not, it's not the kind of person you'd want to hand that information to, or give any hint that you're "experienced with the use of [such sites]", especially around 10:30 AM EST.
I presume the Feds work cushy 9-5's, save for a few night owls and the like. Information is pulled at all hours, but you don't rob a point cops to your acid guy in broad daylight, now do you?
