I tried in front of the chassis behind the face plate but that wouldn't allow me to attach the face plate. Inside the chassis wouldn't fit either. I also thought about mounting the rad in front of the chassis with the fans behind it, kind of like a sandwich.

It started off fine, then it just kind of stopped working. No leaks, no dust, computer turned off after 10 seconds as if there wasn't even any cooling at all. Bought a $70 heat sink with 2 fans on it and my temps are room temperature now. The water cooler (at its prime) was idling at 50C

Im going to be building a new rig soon but haven't done much research in years.
What is a good case and cooling combo? I want to go air cooled since its not as shitty as it was last time I built.
I dont mind spending some cash but I dont need weeaboo shit or look like close encounters of the third kind.

I guess you need to mod that case to fit the radiator usually you have remove the bays in the front of the case to fit that size.

Then because of the pumps location on the rad, I'd have t have the rad on the inside of the chassis with the fans pulling from the front
