Well, I fucked up.

Been working on a new job for two months now, and didn't ever inform current employer of the potential move.

New employer called current employer for employment verification yesterday.

Current employer called today all sorts of irate.

Current employer is family, and is setting up the case to accuse me of stealing from the company. Now, I haven't "stolen" anything yet. And honestly, I can't remember where my money stopped and theirs started when buying stuff over the last few years.

Bah.
