They did have a really good set of multiplayer gameplay down.

The problem was rather than doing the valve approach of support and patch the game, they took the approach of buy the next one instead for 60 bucks and then abandon support for previous games.

Fuck that. I had so much fun back in the day before the 360 version got abandoned.

You do realize that CS:S had so many stupid gimmicks and design flaws in it that everyone said "fuck it we'll just continue playing 1.6", right?
