Well if you're capable of holding extremely small conversation and giving responses, that will be all that you will have to do once you get into the army. I don't think you'll go that high if you aren't capable of communication, but if you want to barely scrape through, try communicating via voip to people online first. After a long while of doing that, try your newfound knowledge in your everyday life.

Run a mile at least every day for starters, increase that amount slowly over time.

Push ups, you need to get it so you can do 6 or 7 sets of 30 push ups.

This link gives a good way of doing it.

Start training how to fight, learn to hold your own. Get a punching bag and start learning to use it properly.

Practice gun safety and marksmanship as well when you can.

I'm a vet 4 years us army as a cav scout I can't say what it'll be like for you in Russia but I mean Mist the guys I worked with were ass hole frat types but the military has such a broad spectrum of people you'll make friends when you get to your place of duty and then it's just like any other job where you have to deal with people you hate but also the things you do while at basic we'll form a brotherhood even with people you have nothing in common with
