You have higher instances of Tyrones straight out of prison, 3 tooth 2 bit Cletuses muttering about black vans, neckbears who would rather be collecting NEETbux, that one guy who always get a violent with his supervisor, and general mental retardation.
You also have higher instances of unmatched brilliance, or insurmountable strength, or near psychopathic drive/risk taking- the kind where a guy is putting all his life and earnings into his venture while he's living in solitude in his car, and/or leadership /charisma /manipulation that draws in everyone else. Their bell curve is longer, but shorter.
