So the web resume is in HMTL while your much more condensed resume that you'll hand out will be in pdf. You'll have a download link to your pdf resume on your site, and a link to the online resume on your pdf resume.
There are free wordpress templates for online vcards. So the stuff you (OP) wrote in your original stuff would go on the website

- first of all, wording EVERYWHERE can be shortened
- shorten that top intro paragraph on the first page for sure, you probably want people to read that or else you wouldnt have put it there, and you dont want them to skip it because its too long
- don't include any of the stuff from the gray box. selected highlights. that goes on your website
- condense the relevant coursework for your masters degree
- remove all relevant coursework from bachelors degree
- technical skills need to be condensed
- either heavily shorten, or remove 1 or 2 bullet points from your work experience sections
