How do I go into investing my OSAP money and reporting income from it ?

I'm so confused because basically all my shit is paid off by my parents and they wanted me to get loan to invest it and to take advantage of the grant.

I basically have 11k in my savings account doing nothing.
I won't use any money until like roughly next August. Anyone have any ideas what you would do in my situation?

I would be investing through a TFSA with TD direct investing but I'm looking at alternatives and I don't truly understand how a TFSA works yet.
