Sup /biz/,
What would you guys think of a megagym that combined unique, trending fitness types/classes.
The gym would have climbing, free running/parkour (gymnastics type area), crossfit (or similar), yoga, maybe spin and of course typical weight room workout equipment (would be top of the line stuff - power racks, platforms, etc.).
The way it would work is each member signed up for use of a given section and was given a fob that would give that member access to the different areas. They could pay to upgrade usage to another area of the gym and for each additional area of access the price got cheaper.
Additionally, they could be given X amounts of "freebies" to other areas of the gym each month, or randomly choose winners as they click their fob to win certain classes/guest passes etc.
Startup money isn't so much of an issue so long as the business will bring in good revenue. I know insurance would be a huge factor.
