I'm looking to start a bikini car wash. Bikini/lingerie coffee shops etc are popping up all over the place where I live. It's a growing trend and I'd like to capitalize on it

Only thing is, I can't find any in my state, but I do know they exist elsewhere. This leads me to believe there is some kind of OSHA regulation or something making it difficult/impossible to get the business licensed. (This is commiefornia after all)

How would I go about sifting through the bureaucracy to find out without hiring a lawyer?

Btw this would be a full service carwash complete with professionally trained staff capable of all aspects of cleaning and detailing, not just sluts with buckets and hoses
