Likely I would get a grant
Work hard no party maybe little pot
Want to do modelling & texturing for games/film/tv
Can also do graphics design but not as booming.

How much does the degree cost for the school you plan on going to?

What specific job are you looking for? Don't just say game modeling

What is the average pay for that job in your state of w/e yurocuck country you live in?

Like I said above, do you even actually need the degree to get hired for those jobs? Is just knowing it good enough and having a good portfolio enough or do you have to have it to get past HR bullshit?

Then you decide if the debt + 4 years of formal education justifies everything

Okay sorry, that's the main problem really I don't know what the market is like, I don't know if I really do need the degree and if not part of me would still like to do it so that I have more free time to develop my skill and to build a better portfolio.

I'm hoping to specialize as an environment/hard surface artist the average salary ranges from £30k/y to £60k/y + bonuses.
The cost would be at least £33k but I am probably able to get a grant around £10k

£33k with a £10k grant is about ~$35k (I think), which sits close to the US average for 4 years. Now we just need a reference point for the jobs. Look into this when you get time.
