Typical interview for analyst/consult position
>score top 10% on general aptitude test (verbal, diagrammatic, cognitive, etc if given
>only get pass on technical test if given, eventually get to final round of interviews
>communicate all the social niceties (polite yet earm conversation, no fiddling, eye contact, etc)
>always boils down to 'you don't seem motivated enough' or 'you don't have the level of skill and/or experience desired'
>feel suicidal every time I'm berated for 'not being motivated'
>continue to next interview well aware of my need to improve technical skills but only put in a token effort of study
Who else here has a similar problem? I feel insane.
