I have a little problem.. maybe you can help me out a bit. My Japanese girlfriend is planing to move to Germany next year but currently she is very afraid to not find a job here. She is working in the marketing/planing field with around 1 year experience so far. Her job is shit and she does not learn anything at there though. Her German is basic but not fluent like her English. I told her to read books and learn everything she can about marketing and then apply at a international company here. Her response is that it does not make any sense because what is most important is work experience. Her university degree is also not only about marketing.. more about creative stuff. Any advices for us?
