I am young, and dont have a huge amount of money. I have £4000 in my account at the moment. My income after bills, rent, etc is £800 a month. That means I can count on generating at least £9000 savings a year in my current role.

I would like to begin generating additional income, and have thought about getting a property in Central London to rent out, so I have an additional income source. For anyone in the know, what are my options here?
