The argument is rather they have a direct interest in R&O or not and it's ties to Philidor.
Philidor had a DIRECT and active role in all of R&Os activity besides the actual sen-off distribution of physical goods within the state of California. Call centers, information systems, employees, all were the same ran from the same location with the same people working between the two.
Valeant is going to disclose their side of the claims on monday in what seems to be resembling the beginning of the Enron scandal.
