Anyone following Bear Creek Mining (TSX: BCM)?

About to fire up two silver mine projects (Santa Ana and Corani) in Peru.

Pros:
>Bear Creek is expected to win pending arbitration with Peruvian government over Santa Ana project
>According to a feasibility study, [Santa Ana] contains a pre-tax net present value of $107 million...the after-tax net present value is $80.2 million. (profitable mine at $20+ silver)
>Corani is simply massive, as it contains 449 million silver equivalent ounces in proven and probable reserves
>Corani looks like it will be quite a profitable silver mine, and it is highly sensitive to the silver price: a 10% increase in metals prices results in a $240+ million increase in the mine's value
>$25+ silver would give it a very good chance of [Corani] getting built

Also, a ton of inside trades going on:

Cons:
>Unfortunately, [Corani] also requires $625 million in initial capital costs, which no silver miner on the planet can currently afford
>with silver trading below $15 an ounce and many producers suffering from high debt levels, [mine construction] seems a little unlikely here.

Seems like there is a ton of potential for growth here if silver can reach $20+. All of the inside trades is a huge vote of confidence in the company's future.

What do you guys think?
