So my career isn't very stable right now and it pays wageslave levels. There really isn't a reason to stick with it other than there being a month long training next month where I do nothing but read a book and be fed until it's over. But at the moment I have about a 50/50 shot of making it that far because I apparently suck something terrible at my job.

Should I start looking for a new job immediately? What's the best way to jump right back into the workforce if I get laid off? are temp agencies a decent option?
