Im planning to rebrand my video production brand and me and my partner are no longer together and change in to a new name.

my concerns are:
-how can i use all of my materials from previous brand into the new one?
- i already have set of new folios for the new brand. my main problem is, i dont know where to start
-i already have a logo
-planning to register the brand next week

any comment, suggestion and advice?
i just dont know what to do next.

im getting broke as hell but im freakin motivated.
