Help me /biz/

I am 24-year-old man living in Poland. I finished university and I am Master of Arts in Pedagogics (resocialization with prevention). I work in municipal police since for over half a year now. Lately I have realized, that this is what I do not want to do and to be. I have started learning excel/VBA and in future want to learn SQL/Access etc. I would like to really do something, I am highly self motivated, after work I sit and learn stuff. But here comes my question. What do I need to do to succesfully find a good job as data analyst or similar in some corporation?

I live in Poland, so polish is my native, but as you can see, I can use English. Even started learning Russian, but I am really beginner.

I would like to live. To work. To earn money. I am unable to do that with current job. I feel unhappy.

But... I have tried to apply, I have never had a phone or e-mail. What am I doing wrong?

I really do not know what I am doing wrong. I guess you are my last stand. I have read almost everything I could about CVs, interviews etc.
