How goes it? I have been offered a job just there over the phone with the salary and all the benefits offered however the HR rep has asked me to accept the offer verbally. I thought that all contracts were physical and signed off after being read, I signed off on a physical contract for my current role.
I have 24 hours to reply and was wondering if I could chance my arm and ask for a raise on the offer seeing as I have been told that I am first pick. Any suggestions on how I do this biz? Just straight up ask for it?
