Brush your teeth, take a shower, wash your hair, eat a breakfest, comb your hair, iron your clothes and go outside to learn to talk to people.
If you don't want to do this then prepare yourself for a fulfilling career as a dishwasher, shelfstocker or if you really try, a cashier(might be too much for you though).
