so apparently you can be millionnaire by picking lost golf balls (especially in lake infested with alligators) and selling them to the golf club for 1$
what do you think biz?
how long do you need to work until you became millionnaire?

let's say i collect 10 balls/ day which seem realistic but the problem is that I would spent all my money on rimary needs to meet: food, clothing, shelter, whatever. so basically it more than 1 million golfballs

I worked at a golf course. Brand new out of the box club balls estimated cost was 50cents CAD. Part of the job was collecting the balls on the driving range then putting them through this ball washing machine. We were instructed to throw out all balls that didn't get cleaned properly (could be small scratches holding dirt)
I don't think golf clubs give a fuck about alligator balls man

It's a thing, sure.

Get your scuba cert and offer a few clubs to do it at a cheaper rate than the guy they've currently got. Once you've established your market share, slowly increase the price.

Also look into pest control certs. You could charge to remove the alligator, then sell the alligator -- huge money in gators.

Even if it was 2€ retail per ball, do you really think they will pay you even half of that for a Lakeball?

Never mind that in most clubs, lakeballs are considered property of the club and they have strict regulations on diving for them.

And finally I have actually done this as a kid, looking for balls in the rough, tall grass and lakes and sold them to the driving range, got 5 cents a piece so go figure.
