Sup guys I'm 19 and I have some money I have saved up and would like to launch a little side business on instagram selling t-shirts, I have my t-shirt printer, website, and shopify will take care of my transactions. I have everything good to go. This obviously won't make me rich but it will sink my feet in the ecommerce world. Now, i'm getting my shirts from Walmart, because they are 6$ each and it costs me 3$ to print my designs, and I sell them for 15$. My question is, could I get in any kind of legal trouble doing this? Like I want to start selling hoodies as well. Just some plain hanes hoodies/long sleeve t-shirts with my designs and logo. ???? thanks for any feedback
