Things like:
Is the market rigged?
How much should I have to invest?
How much to trade?
What kind of taxes are involved?
What are commissions, capital gains, inverse funds, options, futures, etc?
I do this shit all day, fire away.

I'm about to get another $20grand from inheritance. Currently I have telecom, 2 energy stocks (pipeline and refining) and some bank stocks.

Couldn't tell you which sectors are better than others, especially for TSX stocks.
Are you looking to increase or decrease your risk?
If it's the former, load up in one sector you're confident about.
If the latter, diversify and spread out the risk.

You should probably have a percentage of your capital in cash as well.
When the whole market takes a dump, you'll be able to re-enter without selling positions at a loss.

That's a good call actually, I didn't think of it that way. right now I have like 10% cash

In my trading account I'll have about $55,000 give it take in cash and stock
My chequing account has like $15 grand just chillin.
I hope to put a down payment on a condo soon once I get a good job, or I might drop it all on law school if I get accepted

Sounds like you're doing well.
Just be careful about crossing the investor/trader line.
Your returns can be satisfying to the degree they compel you to get involved constantly, which can be fatal, financially.
Investing is for investors, people who want the market to aid their journey/retirement.
Trading is for those with disposable income and/or surplus confidence.

I was fortunate to have inheritance, and since I'm still living at home all my income in just gravy. After I realised my arts degree was worthless i was actually considering a career in finance and writing my necessary exams to be certified.
Now I've been working I'm considering law school pending my LSAT score

There's tons of free stuff available all over the net.
Just use this rule of thumb:
If the site or article is promising something, or is talking about "strategy", go somewhere else.
Stuff with no angle of its own, like Investopedia, will teach you plenty. Most other sites are trying to steer you in one direction or another.

Like many others, he's teaching strategies.
It's subjective whether or not his techniques improve ones market timing/profit, like any strategy.
What's objective is that the more people are familiar with a strategy, the more worthless it becomes.
You also run the risk of encountering sellers who prey on this behavior by taking the other side of the trade.

Just started reading up on investing so heres a stupid question:

If a company does not pay out dividends, is selling the stock for the capital gain the only way to actually get money in hand? Some investors suggest to buy and hold the stock forever, but if no dividends are payed out you never actually get anything you can actually spend?

To get cash, yes.
But the increase in value on the position would enable you to access increased margin, which is worth something in and of itself.
Or to put it another way, you could use the increased value to get a loan at more favorable rates.

The December rate hike, GDP, and home sales announcements are rocking the market pretty badly, but not all stocks are going down. What makes so stocks more adversely affected than others? Like why are airlines and big name tech stocks doing better despite the news?

Some of it is interconnectivity.
Like how rail stocks do well when oil and gas prices go up.
But most of the time it's not that apparent, or worse, hidden. Many companies have commitments/dependancies with others (suppliers, etc.). Depending on what's affected by the news, chain reactions can move the price in seemingly independent companies.

Well, they tend not to go sideways forever.
Assuming you've already got exit points set up, you'll be rid of them eventually, one way or the other.
If you hold indefinitely, you can wind up screwed when opportunities arise, with all your capital tied up in underwater stocks.
