Any advice on how to start a business based around a multi platform application?
I have an app idea (and not a shitty one, believe it or not), I'm well aware of the amount of retards pumping out failed app ideas, so I'm confident in that my idea IS different, and whilst its not entirely an *original* idea, it builds greatly on lacking areas of competitors (of which there are few). I'm not competent enough to develop it myself, but I'm confident that if i could get one up and running it could quite possibly gain some ground.

I've designed a mock-up/prototype on desktop which I've made part of a presentation. I've pitched it to a few contacts who are impressed with it.
Basically I want to make this a reality, but i don't know whether I should:
A) pay a developer/team to develop it, which i can imagine being expensive- given that i'm not exactly in the financial position to do this.

B) try pitching to some more *possible* investors, and lose equity.

C) try developing it myself and create potato simulator 4

D) apply for a startup business loan and start from A)

If anyone has any experience It would go a long way.
