Never had a shitty customer.

But I'm extremely charismatic and we have an impeccable product. Customers moan about the price but in the end I can communicate the sentiment that a higher price is advantageous towards them, and not us.

I guess the "worst" thing are bureaucrats, when dealing with governmental institutions. I've hired a guy to deal with that so it doesn't really concern me anymore on a personal level.

Sold marijuana to an indian guy I met in a walmart parking lot when I was in high school and he called me to make sure I was still coming 11 times in a 30 minute period and then showed up ten minutes late. Keep in mind I had Alltel and a strict amount of incoming text and call minutes. He also ended up just buying two grams after frustrating the shit out of me.

8 years later as a car salesman, I have the same results with indian customers.

It's me and 2 other workers, a black guy and a white guy. The black guy starts losing his shit. He's super fucking pissed. We walk outside and call the boss. We explained that we showed her the grout color in the morning before we started the job, and she said she was happy with it.

I'm not so sure what seems untrue about my post. I worked in other stores for that company and I got in fights with and bitched out customers all the time.

My district manager seemed to give even less fucks because I never once got in trouble. In fact he banned a couple of them from our chains.

It sounds neat but I'd never, ever relive that time in my life. Fuck retail.

I end up transferring to head manage a different store in the company (with a raise in salary, of course)
