Just started a new bussiness in logistics / online retail and after some smug sales meetings i signed contract with some clients.

Question is this
Which is the best way to deal with smart ass clients (without losing them) who
> Dont answer emails
> Dont pay on X date
> Dont do things on X date

How do you usually cope with this ppl, pls enlighten me
