I already sell clothing on eBay and have had few problems. I'm more worried about regulatory issues.

Can this stuff legally be sold in the US? I think it can, but I'm worried about a lawsuit. Should I form a separate company to sell my motor oil and leave it separate from my other eBay business which is like 99% clothes and estate sale finds?
